Contact HeliosCheck.com

Whether you want to book an appointment, ask what a result means, sort out an invoice or raise a concern about your care, this is the fastest route to a person. What it is not is a route to urgent help — please read the warning below before you write.

This form is not for emergencies — do not wait for a reply If you are bleeding heavily enough to soak through a pad or tampon every hour for two hours or more, have severe pelvic or abdominal pain, have pelvic pain with a fever, feel faint or have collapsed, or have one-sided pain with bleeding in early pregnancy, call your local emergency services or go to an emergency department now. Any vaginal bleeding after the menopause needs same-day advice and an urgent specialist referral, whatever the amount and however long ago your last period was — the referral thresholds are set out in NICE guideline NG12. Severe pain that stops you standing, walking or sleeping is also a same-day problem, not an email one. Messages sent here are read during working hours only, and nobody triages symptoms by email. Our medical disclaimer explains what this site can and cannot do for you.

Everything marked is required. Keep it short — you do not need to write your history here, because the intake form collects that properly once an appointment is booked.

Only needed if you would rather we called you.

Preferred contact method

Please do not include detailed medical history, test results or images here — send those through the secure intake form after booking.

Check the FAQ first

This form is monitored during office hours and is not for urgent medical issues. If your symptoms cannot wait, contact your local emergency services or seek same-day care.

Response times

How quickly you will hear back

These are the standards the team works to, not a legal promise. If one of them slips, say so in a reply and it will be picked up by a person rather than a queue.

Booking requests

Sent before 16:00 on a working day, you will normally have appointment options back the same day, with the clinician named so you know who you are meeting.

Questions from current patients

If you are inside your 14-day follow-up window, message your own clinician through your secure account rather than this form — it reaches them directly and lands in your record.

Everything else

Billing, records requests, accessibility needs, press and complaints are answered within one working day. Anything needing a clinician to read your notes may take two.

What we can and cannot answer by message

We can tell you whether your question is one a consultation can realistically answer, which of our services fits, what a first appointment costs and how long you might wait. We can point you to the right page if you are still reading — the conditions we cover and the FAQ answer most of what arrives here.

We cannot diagnose you over email, interpret a result properly without your history, or tell you whether a symptom is serious from a paragraph. Written descriptions leave too much out, and an examination or scan is often the thing that settles it. Where a symptom needs assessing today, we will say that in the first line of our reply — and for general symptom information while you wait, the NHS health A to Z is a dependable place to read.

Worth including when you write

  • Dates — when the symptom started and when the pattern changed
  • What you have already tried, and whether any of it helped
  • Your main question in a single sentence, so it is not lost in the detail
  • Your time zone and the days you could realistically be free
  • Whether you are an existing patient, and roughly when you were last seen

Four routes that are faster than this form

Not everything should start with a message. If one of these describes you, the link will get you there in fewer steps.

Book a consultation

New patients start with the intake form rather than a phone call, so your gynecologist has read the history before the appointment opens.

Existing patient follow-up

Your fee includes 14 days of messaging with the same clinician. Use your secure account — replies there sit inside your record, unlike email.

About follow-up messaging

Press and media

Interview requests, expert comment and factual checks on published guidance. Choose “Press and media” in the form and we will route it the same day.

Complaints and concerns

Tell us plainly what happened. Complaints are acknowledged within two working days and answered in writing, with the process set out in our terms.

What happens to what you send us

A message sent through HeliosCheck.com is read by the small administrative team who route enquiries, and by a clinician if it needs one. It is stored so that we can reply and keep a record of the request, and it is not sold, rented or used for advertising. You will only receive marketing from us if you have separately asked for it, and you can withdraw that at any time in one click.

Email is convenient but not private in the way a medical record should be, which is why clinical detail belongs in your secure account rather than in an inbox. Once you are a patient, messages, notes, results and your written plan all live in the same encrypted record. Our privacy policy sets out the lawful basis, the retention periods and how to ask for a copy or deletion; the cookie policy covers what this website itself measures, and our accessibility statement explains how to tell us if any part of this form is difficult to use.

If you would rather not use a form

Email hello@helioschecks.com or call +1 (555) 014-2200 during opening hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00 · Sat 09:00–14:00). Voicemail is checked twice a day on working days.

International enquiries are welcome — say which country you are in so we can be clear about what we can prescribe or request where you live, and about which local pathway applies.

Know what you need already?

Skip the message. Start with the intake form and you can be sitting in front of a gynecologist — for 30 to 45 minutes, with a written plan afterwards — rather than explaining yourself twice.
